This is our inaugural year, having opened our doors in January 2020. The foundation of our practice combines the benefits of physically strengthening and stretching ours bodies as well as relaxing and calming our minds. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.

VINYASA YOGA
This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This continuous movement class centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

GENTLE HATHA YOGA
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. It is a gentle class suitable for all levels of students who are interested in a class designed to slowly strengthen and stabilize our bodies. Instead of continuous movement, this class is slower paced with more pauses to hold a posture. All of the classes at Prairie Soul Yoga attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

COMING SOON!
HOT YOGA
This class is done in a room heated to approxiamately 38 degrees celcius. The heat allows an increase in flexibility along the muscles, joints, and tendons of our bodies. The room can also be heated to a lesser degree for classes such as a warm yin or restorative class.
